New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne has finally sold his Miami mansion, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The waterfront property goes to its new owner complete with a rooftop skate park, a shark lagoon, a professional-level recording studio, a private dock, a pool, “multiple kitchens,” a three-car garage and, of course, nine bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, according to the paper’s report.

The 15,101 square foot home sold for $10 million after about two years on the market, where it initially was first listed for $18 million. The New Orleans born rapper first bought the property in 2011 for $11.6 million, according to the newspaper.
